Kyla Cole

Kyla always represents the underdog. She has spent her career fighting Fortune 500 companies in both employment and personal injury/wrongful death cases. Specializing in litigation, she has represented her clients in hundreds of depositions and hearings, successfully resolving their disputes through settlement or trial. No matter the size of the fight, Kyla will be by your side every step of the way.

Kyla grew up on a farm in the Panhandle of Texas where she was raised by a single working mother. Kyla was admitted to the Texas State bar in 2001. She is an avid dog lover and has volunteered with several rescue groups fostering dogs in need of special care.

EXPERIENCE

Kyla spent the first years of her career representing employees in discrimination and harassment litigation against their employers. She has represented numerous people against employers large and small. Kyla then spent over a decade as a Partner in a large well-respected national personal injury firm representing personal injury victims in complex multi-million dollar cases including mesothelioma victims, vaginal mesh cases and defective hip implant cases. Kyla returned to employment discrimination law in 2016. She continues to represent employees in discrimination litigation and personal injury/wrongful death victims.
